Federal Tax Forms for Libraries

This year the IRS has decided to NOT send instructions or schedules for federal taxes to public libraries due to budget cuts.  As of this point, the staff at the Warren Public Library can print out forms for patrons from the IRS website but we don’t have any instructions or schedules from the Federal government. Here are other options for getting federal forms.

• IRS.gov/Forms – to view and download
• IRS.gov/orderforms – to order tax products to be delivered by mail
• 1-800-829-3676 – to order tax products to be delivered by mail

A book of reproducible forms will be sent to the public libraries by late February.

We DO have Massachusetts state tax booklets with forms available at the  library.
