The Warren Public Library is now open by appointment only. Appointments will be available for browsing the collection and using the computers. Faxing, copying, scanning, and printing services will also be offered. Curbside pick-up will continue, and patrons are encouraged to place holds online or call in orders, taking advantage of this safe and convenient service. Patrons solely picking up inter-library loan materials are asked to use our curbside service.
Please note the following important guidelines:
You must have an appointment to come inside the Library. Appointments may be made by calling the Library at (413) 436-7690. You must speak with a staff member. If a message is left regarding an appointment, your time slot is not confirmed until you speak with a staff member.
The first block of appointments each day will be limited to time for senior citizens (age 60+) and persons with compromised immunities.
Library appointments will be limited to 45 minutes long and at this time, only to adults and young adults over the age of 15.
Everyone entering the Library will be required to wear a mask & sanitize their hands upon entrance. If you cannot wear a mask for medical reasons, staff will be glad to pull items for curbside pick-up for you.
Anyone entering the building will be required to complete a COVID-19 questionnaire. Failure to complete a questionnaire will result in denied entry to the Library.
Returns will still be accepted only in the book drop and quarantined for 72 hours before being checked in. Please note that fines will not be assessed for these materials.
Curbside Service (preferred and encouraged): Tuesday & Thursday 11 AM to 6 PM, Saturday 11 AM to 3 PM
Patrons by Appointment Only: Tuesday & Thursday 12 PM to 4 PM, Saturday 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM
Seniors Tuesday & Thursday 12 PM to 1 PM, Saturday 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
