Sage Pose

  • You will:
    • Learn to relax, let go of stress and tension
    • Breathe more easily, under all circumstances
    • Strengthen your immune system
    • Release fear and anxiety
    • Learn simple poses to improve flexibility, agility, balance and poise
    • Take care of back aches, neck and shoulder tension, and poor digestion

    Yoga is a clinically tested tool for reducing stress and improving your well being.
